Lew Frankfort

Lew Frankfort

Chairman Emeritus, Coach, Inc.

Lew Frankfort joined Coach in 1979 and served as Chairman and CEO from 1985 through 2014. During his 35 years with the company, he helped transform Coach from a small leather goods business into a $5 billion global accessories and lifestyle brand.

Throughout his career, Lew was recognized multiple times by Barron’s as one of the “30 Most Respected CEOs around the World” and by Institutional Investor as one of the “Best CEOs in America.”

After retiring from Coach, Lew co-founded Benvolio Group, an investment firm focused on early-stage disruptive consumer brands, where he continues to advise and mentor senior leaders.

Lew began his career in New York City government and later served as Commissioner of the Agency for Child Development. He grew up in the Bronx and attended Hunter College and Columbia Business School.

Terry Lundgren

Terry Lundgren

Former Chairman & CEO, Macy’s, Inc.

Terry Lundgren is a retired business executive who served 14 years as CEO of Macy’s, Inc., overseeing Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Bluemercury, and one of America’s largest retail ecommerce businesses. He led the 2015 acquisition of Bluemercury and the 2005 acquisition of The May Department Stores Company, creating a nationwide Macy’s brand and significantly expanding the company while developing one of the most successful online and omnichannel platforms in the retail industry. Under his leadership, Macy’s sales exceeded $26 billion and 14% EBITDA with about 140,000 employees and hundreds of stores across the U.S. and online. Before Macy’s, Lundgren was Chairman and CEO of Neiman Marcus. He was named one of the 30 most successful CEO’s in the world by Barrons and has received numerous national and global awards and recognitions for his innovation in retail and outstanding leadership in business and philanthropy.

Lundgren chaired several industry organizations, including NRF, Partnership for NY, CEO Roundtable, and Economic Club of NY, and served on the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of NY, and Carnegie Hall. He currently serves on several boards, including Procter & Gamble and Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Lundgren graduated from the University of Arizona, where he founded The Terry J. Lundgren Center for Retail. He holds honorary doctorate degrees and is a guest lecturer at various universities.
